About the Graduate School

The CU Graduate School aims to produce highly competent global citizens with advanced
professional skills for careers in education, business industry, and public service, through
research-based academic programs geared towards mastery of a specialized field of study with a multi-disciplinary perspective and to develop original critical thinking and problem-solving skills
that propel the graduate for advanced instruction and leadership roles having the proper values
and competencies to meet the changing needs of a technologically diverse and environmentally
conscious society.

General Objective

This program is designed to prepare students for careers in educational management in the public and private sector. It is intended for those who are advancing towards school leadership and who seek further professional training for personal growth and for the development of the institution they serve. It seeks to develop the capacities of teachers and administrators for developing new knowledge and strategies within the broad field of educational management. It focuses on the development and validation of new theories, models, programs, and practices about the different aspects of educational process and management.

 


Doctor of Management

General Objective

This program is designed to advance students for personal and professional development in management. General Objective

This program is designed to develop the competencies of classroom teachers and other education professionals and to undertake research in specific areas within the field of teaching Filipino. It focuses on replication, verification, validation, contextualization, and/or application of theoretical knowledge about the different aspects of teaching Filipino.

 


Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling

General Objective

This program is designed to develop the competencies of professionals to undertake research in specific areas within the field of development and administration of guidance and counseling services. It focuses on replication, verification, validation, contextualization, and/or application of theoretical knowledge about the different aspects of guidance and counseling.

 


Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational Administration

General Objective

This program is designed to develop the competencies of education professionals to undertake research in specific areas within the field of educational administration.
