On May 14, 2021, the Capitol University College of Engineering and the Xavier University Mindanao Clean Energy Living Laboratories (MINDA-CELLS) signed a
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) via Zoom to formalize efforts to provide a platform for capacity-building, research collaboration, expert exchange, and sharing learning modules. The collaboration aims to: promote awareness and knowledge on rural electrification, energy efficiency, and renewable energy; elevate the exchange of knowledge through technology transfers, specifically in terms of capacity-building and data transmission; forge partnership in the implementation of Mindanao ASEP-CELLs project deliverables; and finally, share technologies and methodologies related to the project.
